Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Your account

• You may use the Service with an anonymous account or by signing in with Google, Facebook, or Apple. You can later link an anonymous account to a sign-in provider to secure it.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for the information you provide.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

3. Acceptable use

We have zero tolerance for abusive or inappropriate behaviour. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or harm other users;
• Post or share sexual, explicit, illegal, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or age;
• Send spam, solicit, scam, or share others' private information;
• Attempt to access, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Violations may result in content removal and immediate suspension or termination of your account.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you create, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and provide the Service. You are solely responsible for your content. We may review, moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms, and we provide tools to block and report other users.

5. Virtual coins & gifts

• The Service includes virtual coins ("bananas") and virtual gifts used within the app.
• Virtual items have no monetary value, are not real currency, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the Service.
• Purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• We may modify, manage, or discontinue virtual items at any time.

6. Subscriptions & purchases

Paid subscriptions (e.g. VIP) and coin packs are billed through the applicable app store or our payments provider. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel them through your app store account. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. Advertising & third-party services

The Service may display advertising and relies on third-party services (including Google Firebase, social sign-in providers, payments, and ad networks). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content posted by users is accurate or appropriate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moza Chat and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moza Chat and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Ireland will have jurisdiction over any disputes, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
