How to delete your data

This page explains how to delete your Moza Chat account and the personal data associated with it, including data obtained through Facebook Login (such as your name and email).

Option 1 — Delete in the app

If your version of the app shows a delete option:

Open Moza Chat and go to your Profile (or Settings).
Choose Delete account and confirm.

This removes your profile and associated data from our systems.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

You can also request deletion at any time by emailing info@mozachat.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my data". We will verify the request and delete your account and personal data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile (display name, age, gender, country, profile photo).
Identity data received from your sign-in provider (e.g. name and email from Facebook/Google/Apple).
Your account record and associated app data.

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required by law, or for safety, fraud-prevention, or backup purposes, after which it is deleted.
