1. Information we collect

• Account & identity. When you start using the Service we create an anonymous account with a unique identifier. If you sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple, we receive your name and, where available, your email address from that provider to create or link your account.
• Profile information you provide. Display name, age, gender, country, and an optional profile photo.
• Content. Messages, photos/posts, comments, gifts, reports, and other content you create or share through the Service.
• Usage & device data. App version, device model, operating system, language, general activity, and an approximate country derived from your IP address.
• Purchases. If you buy coins or a subscription, the transaction is processed by the relevant app store and our payments provider; we receive purchase and entitlement status, not your full payment-card details.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including matching, chat, rooms, feeds, and the gallery.
• To create and secure your account and enable sign-in/account linking.
• For safety and moderation — to review reports, enforce our rules, and remove prohibited content or accounts.
• To process purchases and manage subscriptions and virtual coins.
• To show advertising and measure its performance.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and users.

3. How information is shared

• With other users. Your profile (such as display name, age, gender, country, photo) and any content you post or send is visible to other users you interact with.
• Service providers. We use trusted third parties to run the Service, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, messaging, analytics, crash reporting), social sign-in providers (Google, Facebook, Apple), our payments/subscription provider, and advertising partners.
• Legal & safety. We may disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the safety, rights, or property of users and the public.
• We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-party services

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The Service relies on third parties with their own privacy policies, including:

• Meta / Facebook Login
• Apple

5. Advertising

We may display ads provided by third-party ad networks. These partners may use device identifiers and usage data to deliver and measure ads, including personalized advertising where permitted. Subscribers may have ads removed.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account at any time from within the app, after which we delete or de-identify your personal information, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate purposes such as safety and fraud prevention.

7. Your rights & choices

• Access, update, or correct your profile information in the app.
• Delete your account and associated data from the app's settings/profile.
• Manage notification and advertising preferences on your device.
• Depending on your location, you may have additional rights (access, portability, erasure, objection). Contact us to exercise them.

8. Age restriction

The Service is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

9. Security & international transfers

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice.
